California Fires Rage As Gay Marriage Protesters Defy God

God keeps trying to get their attention. They, for their part, are shouting so loud for the acceptance of homosexuality, that they cannot hear the thunderous warnings of God: "Repent! For the judgment comes soon!"

Each time homosexual activists attempt to force their agenda on California, there have been raging, massive, incinerating fires sweeping across the California landscape.

Today, people are running for their lives as 800 California homes have burned down and the firestorm is spreading like a nuclear holocaust. Yet, the radical homosexual anarchists rampage upon the streets of this state demanding the destruction of marriage and family, and the establishment of their socialistic dark vision for society.

You see, the problem is this: God has plans for California in the near days ahead. Thus, these attempts to force an ungodly tyranny on this state are being met blow with blow by God. God is saying, "California shall be a refuge for America when the catastrophes come. California belongs to Me, not the advocates of sexual anarchy."

The more that homosexual activists press their battle in California, the more there will be great calamaties in this state. Go ahead, challenge the Lord Thy God in this season. For I have heard the voice of the Lord say, "This state belongs to God! It is not the land of degradation and immorality anymore. I shall have My way, for this land, I created. And this land is Mine!" thus saith the Lord.

The Prophet Amos declared in the Bible:
I have overthrown some of you, as God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah, and ye were as a firebrand plucked out of the burning: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD."

I declared a word from the Lord in the James Hartline Report before, on October 22, 2007 and they would not listen. Will they listen now:

They Would Not Listen -- And Now We Are Burning!
They shook their fists at God and said, "We don't care what God says, we will issue our legal brief to support gay marriage in San Diego!" Then Mayor Jerry Sanders mocked the Christian vote and signed off on this rebellious legal document to support same-sex marriage.

And then the streets of La Jolla under the Mt. Soledad Cross began to cave in. They shook their fists at God and said, "We don't care what the Bible says, We want the California school children indoctrinated into homosexuality!"

And then Governor Schwarzenegger signed into law the heinous SB777 which bans the use of "mom" and "dad" in the text books and promotes homosexuality to all school children in California.

And then the wildfires of Southern California engulfed the land like a raging judgment against the radicalized anti-christian California rebels.

How low will we go? Why won't they listen? Why won't they stop their madness? The Bible says that in the last days, the nations will rebel against God until He can't take it anymore.
Was it all worth it?
Were the few years of sexual immorality worth the eternal destruction and earthly chaos it brought?

How low will we go?

James, you are not listening to what God is saying. God is not burning the gay enclaves such as Castro, West Hollywood, and Hillcrest. He is burning the straight ghettos. Yesterday he burned a trailer park with 600 mobile homes. Gay people are not trailer trash and do not live in trailer parks. That trailer park was filled with bible thumping Christians who voted FOR proposition 8.

God can not be mocked. He is sending a message that he will not tolerate discrimination and will send those practice this sin to their fiery destruction.

Did you notice what beautiful weather God provided for the protest march and rally on Saturday? God provides.

I wonder why God is sparing Connecticut His wrath, considering they have allowed gay marriage for months now? C'mon God, they need to be burned too!

Anonymous said...

I think God needs to work on his accuracy a bit, since West Hollywood is 35 miles west of the fires. And West Hollywood is itself right up against a hill that has plenty of trees to burn, yet, it sits there untouched.

You simply cannot make such a correlation. God speaks through His word and if He wants to make a point outright it wouldn't be so ambiguous as a fire that can be explained by any number of sources. Your attempt to speak for God is no more righteous than their behavior.

Um, James, if you look at the order of things:

1. Gays get marriage rights in Cali. (No fires. No lightning strikes. No earthquakes.)
2. Prop 8 is put on the ballot and passes, stripping minorities of rights.
3. FIRE!!!!

So who is God sending the fires after? The delusional, like yourself.

If you took the time to study the Bible instead of trying to justify your sins by belittling me, you would find out that "judgment begins at the house of the Lord." It is obvious that when the Christians in California unite they are in charge of the moral condition of our state. This is proven by the fact that we handily won Prop. 8. The judgment is beginning at the house of the Lord because there is much corruption in the Christian camp. It is our side that has allowed the immorality and homosexuality to prosper in this state. The gay agenda would have never gotten anywhere in California if the Christians would have risen up accordingly and stopped it. We have the spiritual authority to have stopped this madness long ago. But, because the Christians have been so busy trying to get rich, to get their two homes, their boats, their vacations, their jewelry, their entertainment and their plastic surgeries, that they have neglected the things that are important to God. In today's California culture, it is often hard to tell the unsaved from the Christians. The fact that there are more divorces among churchgoers than there are among the unsaved, is a scathing indictment against the church. And the Bible says that God will not be mocked. The Lord is beginning to intenstify His anger with the apathetic and compromising church. This is for our benefit. For in the last days, there is going to be horrific catastrophes in the United States, particularly in New England. And God wants California to be prepared to be a refuge during these upcoming terrible times. As such, God will have His way. If California does not repent of its obessession with sexual immorality, pornography, abortion, greed, child abuse, idolatry, witchcraft, occult and on and on and on, there is going to greater and greater punishments from the hand of the Lord against this state until it repents of its rebellion against God.
And the idea that these fires are
not God's judgment or His doings because the fires were started by arsonists or overcrowding or drought, is just plain stupid. God uses many factors at His disposal to bring forth His will and His purposes. Jesus said, "Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, ON EARTH, as it is in heaven."
Try reading the Bible and actually studying it, instead of trying to ridicule what the Lord says through His servants. You will save yourself alot of impending grief if you relent of your rebellion against the Lord and finally submit to His Spirit and His assignment for your life upon this earth.
For what good does it do, for a person to gain the whole world and lose one's soul?

I knew you and your ilk would be out with this nonsense sooner or later. It evidences a profound sense of self-absorption to presume that the architect of the universe -- if there is such a thing; I don't believe in him or it, but I am playing along here -- would possibly concern himself with the petty gripes of a bunch of ignorant fundamentalists.

YOU'RE NOT THAT IMPORTANT. YOUR CAUSES ARE NOT THAT IMPORTANT.

What you're doing is engaging in post hoc rationalizations of tragic events. Indeed, the other posters are correct: Assuming that this god personage of whom you speak would be so petty and small as to visit catastrophes upon people, why would he do it to those who probably voted "your way" on the issue of Prop 8 while ignoring the vast swathes of people who were against Prop 8 and out there protesting against its passage?

NOT EVERYTHING IS A SIGN FROM GOD. SOME THINGS JUST HAPPEN. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE IT UP AS YOU GO ALONG.

Religion is -- in my opinion -- a brain virus. The need for some daddy figure or his graceful, lithe, unmarried, hippie son to rescue you from your own personal misfortune is childish enough. But the further need to have this dad or his son visit wrath upon your enemies is pure school-yard nonsense that really speaks to a sense of helplessness in your own personal life.

GROW UP. TAKE OWNERSHIP OF YOUR EXISTENCE. LOSE THE FAIRY TALES. LOSE THE INCONSISTENT AND ILLOGICAL MUTTERINGS OF IGNORANT BRONZE AGE DESERT PEOPLE. THERE IS NO SAVIOR. THERE IS NO GRAND PLAN. LIFE IS A HAPPY ACCIDENT THAT IS OVER BEFORE YOU KNOW IT. THERE'S NOTHING WAITING FOR YOU IN THE HEREAFTER.

I await a rebuttal that is grounded in something other than the bible or the preachings of those who believe in its divine origin.

Hey James, did you ever consider that God sends all those tornadoes to Texas and Oklahoma to get revenge on the Baptists for their high divorce rates and hypocrisy?

I wonder if God flat out hates FEMA. Or maybe this is his way of performing eminent domain, since He's sparing the lives of the home owners (oops, I almost said homos), but taking their property.

Very odd, since the people of California rejected the sanctity of marriage, or anyway, gay marriage. Maybe He in His infinite wisdom is punishing the people who located their homes in the middle of a desert--oh, wait. That would include the homelands of Jews, Christians, and Muslims, too.

I wish the Guy would just spell it out in plain and simple Greek, like he did the New Testament. Or Hebrew. Or send a prophet who might actually do His job when he sends him out.

It was NOT the Bible that eliminated slavery and Jim Crow in this nation, it was the Constitution.

It wasn't the Bible that protected children from child labor and allowed public schools, it was the Constitution.

It wasn't the Bible that gave you religious freedom, it was the Constitution.
It wasn't the Bible that expanded women's rights and voting rights for all, it was the Constitution.

And now that the Bible couldn't be used to persuade fairness in marriage equality, YOU and your ilk...turned to THE CONSTITUTION.

God's word and law isn't invoked here.
And instead of praying for those poor people who lost their homes, and for the firefighters to be safe and thanking God that so far there is no loss of life...
You point a finger of blame at the most vulnerable and easiest of targets.

James Hartline, you are a vindictive coward.
Seriously, such a coward.
The firefighters, and those who lost their material possessions aren't blaming gay people.
They'd look ridiculous to do so.
Get a clue.
Coward.

I sometimes open up my blogs for comments, but usually I do not. Thus, if you want to engage in meaningful, but respectful discourse, fine. But your childish and pointless rants will be sent to the trash bucket from now on and ignored. I get no benefit whatsoever in using up my time to read your meaningless screams. I do have your ISP address, as I have on every poster, so you know now what your parameters are in dealing with me. And, if you took the time to step outside of our own self-imposed little world, you would find the Bible existed just a little bit, just a tiny little bit, oh just a wonder little bit of time prior to the conception of the constitution. It was Jesus who died on the cross that put an end to slavery. It was our sins that kept that slavery in tact. Do try to be a little more open minded please.

It is beautiful weather in San Francisco, and has been for the past few days.

It makes one treasure the beauty of God's creation. The best weather (not too hot, not too cold) is in the Castro district.

David said...

There were massive wildfires last year too. What was the reason for God's vengeance then?

There are tornados in Kansas every year.

Hurricanes throughout the Southeast.

Volcanoes in Washington.

Avalanches in Colorado.

Floods in North Dakota.

Tsunamis in Bangladesh.

Droughts in Africa.

There are natural disasters every week, throughout the world, visited on the Bible belt as well as the atheists, the Muslims as well as the Hindus, on rich, poor, black, white, and brown. You can't point to a single catastrophe and say that it's proof that God is on your side. What did those heathens in Grand Forks do to deserve the terrible Flood of 1997? Or those notoriously liberal and anti-Christian people of Alabama to have earned God's wrath in the form of tornadoes every year?

Besides that, as others have already mentioned, San Francisco, the very heart of wickedness, has seen nothing but beautiful weather since the protests. If we're divining God's intent through the weather, then does that mean the gays and lesbians clustered in the Castro district have earned his blessing?

Try a little intellectual honesty and think about what you're saying, or else you're not convincing anyone who doesn't already agree to your narrow, arrogant views of what God wants.

The first nation on earth to grant homosexuals the right to marry was Denmark, almost 20 years ago. A predominently christian nation.
Why is it that - if your god gets so pissed by those evil, evil fags - that no major natural disaster has struck the country since then? Not important enough?

And why is it, James, that wildfires - a regular occurence in California this time of the year - are suddenly the "judgement of god"? After California voted *for* prop 8 - while no such judgement was apparent when California's supreme court initialy allowed same-sex marriage?

May I point you to a quote by a Christian writer, Anne Lamott:

"You can tell you have created God in your own image when it turns out that he or she hates all the same people you do."

James-may I call you James? You seem surprised at the sort of response you are generating by posting this sort of vitriol on the World Wide Web where it can be linked and searched and relinked to blogs all across the internet. What did you really expect? You know in your heart of hearts this is the sort of attention you want. I too once thought of myself as 'ex gay' cured by the blood of Jesus!! I too once trumpeted to those in prison where I preached, on street corners where I held forth 'God's Word' that homosexuality was an abomination!! Some responded with fear of god but those who knew there was no such thing as god scoffed at me and some people called me out for what I was-nothing but a big old nelly gay holding a bible up in a lame attempt to appear 'righteous' and 'straight.' It is high time humanity moves beyond bronze age beliefs and lives in the moment enjoying our short lives and forgetting tales of jealous and vengeful gods who somehow control the weather and nature to punish us!

James Hartline said...

Huh? Nurseguy? Huh? I seemed to have misplaced that posting you are referring to. The one you claim implies something about me being surprised at the response I'm getting. I haven't implied any sort of thing about being surprised.
And as to your strange assumption that you know what is in my heart, or that I am somehow looking for attention via the things I post on my blogs -- well, let's just say that your ASSUMPTIONS are.....well.... incorrect! That's it: incorrect!
I don't need to get attention by posting articles on the internet. I already have the biggest email list in San Diego County. I have plenty of readers. My email readers are from all 50 states and several countries. I have one of the most developed communications network in the United States and I have Christians that are ready to stand with me on any issue at any time. This is why 200 people showed up with only four days notice to stand with me at the San Diego City Council three weeks ago to protest the city council's resolution opposing Prop. 8. We are growing very strong and we are ready to affect change in our city, in our state and in our nation. So, the idea that you think I am seeking attention is really an underdeveloped and native, at best, conclusion. When I do post on my blogs it is just one extra piece of work for me to do. I have an extremely long list of people waiting to be added to my email list and they have to be inspected before they are added to a readership that exceeds 50,000 email readers.
You might want to go back, sit down, and rethink some new assumptions, because your current ones certainly don't make for a very good driving record.
And try to understand at least this:
My actions are displayed before God. He is all I am concerned about. His attention is the only attention that matters to me. When I die and go to heaven my life will be an open book before Him and He will judge me based upon one thing: did I obey Him in this life? Did I do what He required of me when I committed my life to Him. At the end of the day, that is all that matters to me. So, your opinion, and that of every other hostile and hateful homosexual or atheistic activist, is really, really, really immaterial to me.
True Christians, the real ones, die to self, they pick up their crosses, and they follow Him. And that is how I live my life.

James Hartline said...

Oh please: radical, liberal Anne Lamott is the last person I would look to as a source for defining what Christianity is.
From a recent article in the San Francisco Chronice, the author David Ian Miller said this about Lamott:
"Her writings on faith — three books so far — are peppered merrily with profanity, doubt and occasionally a bit of wickedness. Sentences like "I was f—ed unto the Lord," descriptions of emotions and things as "Jesusy," plus a political stance that favors abortions, gay rights and euthanasia tend to resonate with those who have a more liberal outlook on religion, while annoying the hell out of more conservative Christians"

We are now getting a more unfortunately putrid look into what the leftist, homosexual and socialistic realm defines Christianity to be. And it ain't pretty.
Fortunately, because we are getting that look, we can be assured that Prop. 8 will not be reversed and that more and more Americans will begin to safeguard their futures from the charlatan offerings of the gay leftist agenda.

Sebastian has just answered his own question as to why he is so confused. He claims that Denmark is a "christian" country. That same Denmark which allows prostitutes to model in store windows and the public use of heroin on the streets of Copenhagen.

Once again, we are getting a look at just how warped is the homosexual left's definition of Christian. Has not Denmark been the site of terrible Islamic murders? Was not Denmark one of the early targets for takeover by Hitler's evil forces? The Bible is very clear: the wages of sin is death.

It is now coming out in the news that the California fires were started by humans. One of them was sparked by a bonfire.

Do you ever wonder why some fundamentalist religions - and the political far right in general - spend so much time and energy obsessing about gay people and "homosexual behavior"? Recently, for example, obscene amounts of money were spent in California by anti-gay marriage groups in their efforts to reverse gay marriage. Why are they so willing to spend millions of dollars to "protect heterosexual marriage" while simultaneously ignoring (or giving only lip service) to a very wide range of some pretty nasty human behaviors - many of which are repeatedly condemned in the very bible from which they select the few isolated sentences used to bash gays? Gay or straight, unless you´re brain dead or live on mental pabulum (read that as talk radio and Fox News), you might have pondered these questions on occasion or wondered a bit more about the origin and energy behind of all the anti-gay hub-bub. Why has "gay" become the current big boogieman of the American culture?

Steve from Buffalo, NY said...

Funny, I was under the impression that God sent fires to California to punish those who have truly violated the word of Christ: THOSE WHO JUDGE. That would be you. I encourage you to find even one shred of commentary by Jesus in the Gospels about homosexuality; along the way you will encounter countless passages (in fact, an overwhelming theme) of Christ's teaching against those who judge. Why would God have punished the state that just made same-sex marriage illegal, sparing Massachusetts & Connecticut; that would be because the one True God (not the spiteful god you claim to worship) is not hateful. God is love. So, Mr. Hartline, I am still waiting for you to take the log out of you own eye, you hypocrite.

I'm wondering why God hasn't burned Spain, Canada, Belgium, and our very own CT? What a vile thing to say, considering the area is populated by the financial backers of Yes on 8.

Matthew 19:18 Christ said, "thou shall not bear false witness" you are worst of then anyone that is gay, my Brother. God forgive you.

James Hartline's hilarity is ingenious. I'm holding my sides from laughing so hard. I've never seen so much energy fueled into keeping that closet door shut. It's always funny to see some effeminate waif clinging to outdated and witchy superstitions out of guilt in order to keep his sexuality repressed, but it's belly bursting comedy to see this one preaching on the internet that god is punishing gays in California by burning down the homes of humble trailer park residents. Way to win them over, girl. Luckily their computers have melted into the dirt and they probably won't read your idiotic interpretation. Hope all this works out for you, Ms. Hartline. When you get tired of all the attention, and you need a "release," you know where to go. ;-) Just pray afterward that god doesn't burn your house up for it!!!

See James, there are gay people who are fighting those fires. Who wear the uniform of this nation's military branches and who serve local communities as law enforcement officers. I have the pleasure and honor to work alongside those officers as a crime scene photographer for one of the largest police agencies in the world.
I don't see you really knowing or confronting what is most depraved among us.

One cannot vilify who they benefit from and claim moral high ground.

One cannot hide in the closet while the dangerous work of protecting the public goes on, and those living their authentic lives even as it is risky to do so. These ARE the best and bravest that God ever made.

So James...
Why do you keep calling yourself 'fighting' for anything that's tangible?

What exactly do you think you know about fighting and being courageous? Who benefits most from your forays into the internet jungle?
If you were so worried about God being mocked, you wouldn't grab attention the way you do.

God isn't mocked, but understand why when YOU are.

All i have to say is...As Christians we believe in God, and God has set a standard which is marriage between a man and a woman....anything outside that is sin...God never went against LGBT standards because He defined His standards even before you were ever born...so it is you who's HATING ON GOD NOT GOD...who were burning BIBLES in cali???i heard recently few christians were worshipping out in public...and some gay people surrounded them and threated to rape em a SWAT team had to come and help stop it...why isn't this in the news??...any hint of media being biased??..its a shame that people say that gays need laws such as hate crime to protect them( i know of people who were arrested just for saying it was wrong)...how come gays aren't arrested for burning bibles etc??...i am still amazed at how your voice can be heard but you have an issue if Christians speak up for what they believe...next thing i want to say is this for all GAY people out there listen... God loves you...unconditionally...and He loves you to the point HE lets you know what is right and wrong because He is more concerned about your eternal soul and destiny over your short life and temporary pleasures on this earth...

Hi, James. I listened to you on Alan Colmes' radio show. I agree with what you said about God, but I'm sure about the fires occuring because of gays. Alsn said you were not attracted to women, and can't imagine someone who can't be in contact with anybody. As if you are asexual. What do you think about those comments?

evilgrrl said...

Where to start... Let's see:

John 8:7
So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

James 5:9
Murmur not, brethren, one against another, that ye be not judged: behold, the judge standeth before the doors.

Luke 6:42
Either how canst thou say to thy brother, Brother, let me pull out the mote that is in thine eye, when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote that is in thy brother's eye.

Matthew 7:5
Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

I mentioned this to my Higher Power when we were talking today, and She said that She's going to be the one to judge me, so I don't have to worry about this guy James.

Just wanted to pass that on to my brothers and sisters. :-) Check with God before believing anything this James guy has to say.

evil grrl...remember that right after Jesus told them not to cast the stone...He also said..." Go And Sin No More"...remember...you yourself just judged James right now...didnt u?? by saying don't listen to this guy...isn't that judging???..James is speaking the word of God...he has been through somethings you haven't been through...so you don't know the intent of his heart...he probably is specifically addressing the issue of homosexuality because God has set him free from the same and wants to help others...the Bible says to rebuke, admonish others 2 Thess3:14-15...the Pharisees who were judging people did it out of self righteousness, not to correct them and lead them to God...how will people be lead to God or repent..if they don't know what they are doing is wrong in the first place????...God has called men and women to speak of His truth...and if u think what he is doing is judging then you don't judge him either...

IF YOU READ THE Bible YOU WILL SEE ALL OF THE SIMULARITIES OF WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THE WORLD TO TODAY BY WHAT IS WRITTEN THERE . YOU MIGHT TRY TO IGNORE IT BUT IT IS CLEAR. NO ONE, NO PRESIDENT WE ELECT NO WAR WE TRY TO STOP NO HUNGER WE TRY TO STOP, NO GLOBAL WARMING WE TRY TO STOP IS GOING TO KEEP THE PROPHECY FROM FULFILLING ITSELF. ALL I CAN SAY TO ALL OF YOU IS PRAY AND REPENT SO WHEN THE TIME COMES, YOU CAN SEE THE GLORY OF GOD. I DON'T CONDON HOMOSEXUALITY I BELIEVE IT IS THE DEVIL JUST LIKE MURDERERS OR THEIVES, BUT WE HAVE STOPPED TRYING TO FIGHT THE DEVIL AND HE IS WINNING.. BELIEVE WHAT YOU WANT BUT NOW ONE SHOULD HARM OR DISLIKE ANYONE BECAUSE OF SOMETHING INSIDE THEM THAT THEY CAN'T CONTROL. WE HAVE SPECIAL LAWS FOR HOMOSEXUALS JUST BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO HARM THEM. PERSONALLY I HAVE THE RIGHT NOT BE AROUND ANYONE I FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE WITH IN THE PRIVACY OF MY HOME. I UNDERSTAND THAT IN A PUBLIC PLACE YOU EITHER CAN GO THER OR NOT YOU HAVE A CHOICE, BUT YOU CANNOT FORCE ANYONE TO ACCEPT ANYTHING THEY DO NOT LIKE! I WILL NEVER VOTE FOR GAY MARRIAGE BECAUSE IT CANNOT BE CONSUMATED AND A MARRIAGE MUST BE CONSUMATED!IF GAY PEOPLE WANT TO PUT THERE PARTNERS ON THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS ,RETIEMENTS BENIFITS OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT THEY HAVE EARNED OR PUCHASED AS BENIFICIARIES, I SAY LET THEM .IT'S THEIR MONEY. I REALLY BELEIVE THAT THE WHOLE GAY MARRRIAGE THING IS ABOUT MONEY AND BEING ABLE TO HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS AS MARRIED COUPLES WITHOUT THE MARRIGE ISSUE . THINK ABOUT IT. GOD BLESS YOU
