With the local and state governments providing an abundance of free resources for the homeless in San Diego including free housing, food, medical care and financial resources it is abundantly clear that hundreds of homeless anarchists in some of the city's most vulnerable neighborhoods are not only rejecting the free resources, but they are intent on spreading the COVID-19 C
