BREAKING NEWS - Citizen Journalist James Hartline Reporting: Hundreds of Homeless Anarchists Who Are Likely To Be Infected With Coronavirus Are Roaming San Diego Neighborhoods In Violation of State of Emergency And Police Refuse To Stop Them

This is Citizen Journalist James Hartline Reporting LIVE from the central San Diego neighborhoods of Hillcrest, North Park and City Heights 🗣 A Shocking number of homeless anarchists who are potentially infected with the deadly COVID-19 Coronavirus are roaming the neighborhoods of Hillcrest, North Park and City Heights where they are refusing to comply with the city and state emergency orders to abide by social distancing rules and to shelter in place as well as maintaining sanitary personal hygiene in accordance with the CDC and the County of San Diego Department of Public Health Services.

With the local and state governments providing an abundance of free resources for the homeless in San Diego including free housing, food, medical care and financial resources it is abundantly clear that hundreds of homeless anarchists in some of the city's most vulnerable neighborhoods are not only rejecting the free resources, but they are intent on spreading the COVID-19 Coronavirus while the rest of San Diego's residents, schools, hospitals, public transit, businesses, schools and governmental agencies are waging an all out war to protect as many lives as possible and to defeat one of the greatest public health threats in American and world history.

This week, as I traveled back and forth to the UCSD Hospital in Hillcrest, I have captured dozens of photographs of homeless anarchists and anti-social squatters in the neighborhoods of City Heights, North Park and Hillcrest who were willfully and intentionally disregarding the emergency orders to stay off the streets so the city can limit new COVID-19 transmissions. During my observations as I documented evidence for this news story was the stunning refusal of San Diego police patrols to intervene or arrest any of the hundreds of homeless anarchists and squatters who are roaming the streets and endangering the lives of thousands of San Diego residents and employees working at essential businesses and hospitals.

On multiple occasions I personally conveyed to many of the homeless individuals I encountered (keeping myself at least six feet away from them) that there was a state of emergency and they were not allowed to be on the streets congregating or camping out on the public sidewalks. I explained to each homeless person that the city government had received substantial emergency funding that would provide them with free housing in a vacant motel or hotel room, free food, free medical services, free clothing and free financial assistance for at least the next one to two months during the Coronavirus Pandemic. In every single instance each homeless person that I spoke to responded with evasive, disinterested answers. I instructed them to go downtown to Golden Hall on 2nd and C Street where they could check in and get off the streets to be processed for assistance and housing. Despite their apparent deplorable and unsanitary conditions they made excuses for not leaving the area and staying right where they were camped out.

For all of the horrific suffering and other consequences that the Coronavirus has already inflicted upon San Diego, the one not so obvious, but surprising thing the virus has done during the pandemic is it has exposed the fraudulent scheme the homeless crisis has perpetrated upon our city and our residents who have been forced to suffer with the flood of out of state and out of county homeless anarchists who have been shipped into San Diego to further a corrupt political agenda being perpetrated by Socialist Democrats. The fact that the hundreds of homeless anarchists and squatters are rejecting free housing, free food, free medical care and free financial assistance during the current state of emergency completely discredits any claims by the professional homeless industry and their Socialist Democrat sympathizers that the cause of the current homeless crisis is a lack of affordable housing and financial resources to help the homeless get off the streets. That argument can now be buried and rejected along with the political agenda behind it.

Socialist Democrats created the current homeless crisis in San Diego with the complicit assistance of the ACLU which has used the threats of lawsuits and court orders to prevent law enforcement from arresting homeless criminals and vagrants who disrupt businesses, who assault local residents, who urinate and defecate on public sidewalks and on the properties of homeowners.

This week I observed homeless anarchists and squatters completely wasted on drugs and perpetually intoxicated from the alcohol they get unimpeded and without limit from the liquor store, the CVS store and the 7/11 store that are all located on the notorious two block area of Washington and 3rd Avenue/4th Avenue in Hillcrest which is a few blocks from both Mercy Hospital and UCSD Hospital. Those three businesses are unfettered booze peddlers that flood the homeless who camp out there and they never leave.

Homeless Anarchists camped out on the public sidewalk by the 7/11 and across from the notorious liquor store that floods the homeless with booze so they never leave the area. This photo was taken on March 24, 2020 during the Coronavirus State of Emergency that bans all public gatherings and orders all San Diegans to shelter in home. These homeless anarchists are just a few blocks from UCSD Hospital and Mercy Hospital in Hillcrest. They have blocked the sidewalk in such a way that all residents and hospital workers are forced to come in close proximity to them in order to walk passed them on the sidewalk. If they are infected with COVID-19 everything they touch is also infected with the virus. All day long police cars patrolling the area just drive by and make no attempt to move these very dangerous threats to the health and safety of local residents in the area many of whom are senior citizens or they have serious health conditions.

Approximately one year ago I captured the photograph of this man laying on the ground at the bus stop directly in front of the 7/11 on Washington and directly across from the notorious booze peddler liquor store. It took me ten minutes to find any signs of life. He was totally unresponsive. I called 911 and the ambulance eventually showed up. Dozens and dozens of cars drove by and not one of them stopped to check on a man who I initially thought was dead. This is an every day occurrence in Hillcrest the center of San Diego's gay community and the community with the largest number of registered Democrats in the city of San Diego.

Local police patrols are making no effort to arrest or apprehend any of the homeless anarchists who are violating the state of emergency orders. These individuals pose a catastrophic danger to the residents of San Diego. I spoke with a number of hospital workers and local business owners who have had their businesses severely impacted by the Coronavirus  Pandemic. Without exception, every person I spoke to was outraged over the homeless anarchists roaming the city's neighborhoods where they are most likely spreading the virus during the state of emergency. They encouraged me to do everything I could to publish my news reports and to get the word out to remove the ongoing threat these homeless anarchists pose to all of San Diego.

I witnessed drug and alcohol abuse, intimate person to person contact and gathering in encampments right in front of liquor stores and on public sidewalks where they are making it impossible for pedestrians to walk past them safely while maintaining a six foot distance as recommended by the CDC. One woman came charging at me and threatened me for taking photographs of their group encampment in the bushes on El Cajon Blvd. in North Park. That encampment was so filthy and congested that no pedestrian could walk on the sidewalk without coming into direct contact with the homeless anarchists.

On nearly every major street in North Park such as El Cajon Blvd homeless anarchists and squatters are camped out during the state of emergency while police patrol cars just drive by and do nothing to force them to vacate the streets. All of San Diego is being threatened by these potential COVID-19 transmitters. This is a state of emergency. Why are all San Diego residents being forced to shelter at home and all businesses except for essential ones have been forced to close down while these homeless anarchists are free to roam the streets unfettered where they can be spreading the pandemic.

Homeless anarchists camped out near a trash can outside of the McDonalds in Hillcrest

It is safe to assume that up to 80% of these homeless anarchists are infected with COVID-19. Everything they touch, everywhere they breath, everywhere they urinate and defecate on public properties, businesses, bus stops and sidewalks are being contaminated with the COVID-19 Coronavirus.

Homeless anarchist in Hillcrest spends all day squatting on the public sidewalk with a cart full of trash bags containing unidentified items. These individuals refuse to get off the streets to comply with the state of emergency even though they have been offered free housing, free food, free medical and other resources.

Homeless anarchists camped out all day, every day on a public side walk near the gay pride flag in Hillcrest. All day long they are intoxicated and smoking drugs. Their smoke is breathed on to every pedestrian who walks by them. They refuse to move or comply with the state of emergency. Police patrol cars drive by them all day and none of them force these individuals to comply with the state of emergency. Notice another booze peddling 7/11 is nearby.

Homeless anarchist in North Park hiding in an alley with a shopping cart and other items. I personally provided him with information on the free housing and other resources now being made available to the homeless during the state of emergency. He was disinterested in the offer of help.

Why are San Diegans being forced to shelter in place, and prevented from going to work, shopping malls, sporting events, school and other public events while the city is tolerating hundreds of homeless anarchists to camp out on public streets and businesses where they can be infecting countless San Diegans with COVID-19.

Homeless anarchists illegally encamped on the property of an abandoned abortion clinic on El Cajon Blvd in North Park. The property is filthy and unsanitary and so are the living conditions created by the trespassing homeless squatters. Where do they urinate and defecate? How many people and properties are they contaminating if they are infected with COVID-19

The Socialist Democrats with the help of the ACLU are responsible for the city's hands off policy when dealing with the homeless. Their reckless policies are now endangering all of San Diego and further threatening to spread the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Although the photograph was poorly taken because my finger was on my lens, I was able to capture this outrageous violation of the city's state of emergency. This is a photo of the Adult Emporium porn store which had its doors open for business on March 24, 2020. This filthy porn store at 4094 30th Avenue in North Park is NOT an essential business as outlined in the city's state of emergency. It should be permanently shut down for violating the state of emergency and further endangering the lives of American citizens in San Diego.
