Democrat Joe Biden's ignorant, uninformed, toxic, divisive and rambling Coronavirus political stunt/speech today demonstates how utterly disconnected and uninvolved this washed up Democratic candidate for president really is. In his televised speech Biden attacked everything from the president to the "bureaucracy" that he claims prevents vaccines from being developed.
