This is part 1 in a blockbuster, breathtaking photographic series by citizen journalist James Hartline. For twenty years citizen journalist James Hartline has been documenting and photographing the districts in San Diego that have been under the complete control of Democrats for decades. The Slumlords of San Diego are all Democrats who have turned their city council districts into third world ghettos and city dumps--but they want voters to once again re-elect them in 2020 based upon fictitious, fantasy campaign infomercials and deceptive campaign mailers. The Slumlord Democrats are able to manipulate voters and continue to get re-elected over and over again with the help of an enabling, duplicit local media that refuses to investigate or report to the voting public on the deplorable conditions and falsehoods of the establishment Democratic Party slumlord politicians and candidates.

For the 2020 general election citizen journalist James Hartline has produced a series of videos using the photographs he has captured inside of San Diego's Democrat-controlled city council districts. When one considers the fact that San Diego is one of the wealthiest cities in the United States it is almost unimaginable that huge portions of Democrat-run central San Diego are mirror images of the most filthy, environmentally contaminated, decaying and unsafe cities in poverty striken, crime ridden, hopeless countries like Venezuela, Haiti and Afghanistan.

San Diego Democrats are completely responsible for the reprehensible conditions in these districts as depicted in the photographs in this video. For two decades James has been fighting with established political powers in San Diego to clean up broken, decaying city council districts and to financially invest in them in the same manner they are pouring billions of dollars into other parts of San Diego like La Jolla, Liberty Station and Carmel Valley. San Diego Democrats refuse to lift a finger to help the impoverished communities of their city and, in particular, the city council districts they have been elected to represent. In their arrogance and selfish self-importance they continue to remain unaccountable for their gross negligence towards their own abused and neglected communities. They contine to remain unavailable to be confronted or to address the intolerable, insufferable living condtions that they created. The only time they ever appear inside of slum neighborhoods is at election time when they are pandering for votes and to do photo-ops with duplicit Democrat voters who promote the elections and re-elections of these do-nothing Slumlord Democrats. The only thing San Diego's Slumlord Democrats care about is staying in power.

The video series The Slumlords of San Diego is meant to educate the public and to confront the Democratic Party politicians who have been allowed to remain uncharged and unaccountable for their destruction of the entire inner San Diego area where they have ruled and reigned for decades. The days of do nothing, unworthy politicians using San Diego city council seats as stepping stones to higher elected office are over.
