BREAKING NEWS: Radical, pro-homosexual judicial activist federal judge Napolean Jones is dead.
Napolean Jones, the leftist federal judge appointed to the bench by President Bill Clinton, has died at age 69 of prostate cancer. Jones is considered by many to be one of the main faces on the antichristian secularization of the federal court systems. It was Judge Napolean Jones who repeatedly ruled in favor of the ACLU in a case to kick the Boy Scouts out of public land in San Diego, California because the scouts would not allow homosexuality and atheism to be promoted in the organization.
In the past two months, James Hartline made his stand for the Christians of San Diego at a city council meeting when the San Diego City Council voted to honor Jones and his radical agenda with Napolean Jones Day in the City of San Diego.
Interestingly, in yesterday's San Diego Union Tribune article, the obituary of Jones made no mention of Jones' radical socialist agenda. James Hartline posted a comment about the absence of Judge Jones' pro-homosexual attacks against the Boy Scouts. Hartline's comments mysteriously disappeared from the Union Tribune website. However, the Union Tribune published a new article today with information about the Boy Scouts case inserted into the article.
The federal lawsuit to kick the Boy Scouts out of Balboa Park by the San Diego City Council via Judge Jones' biased rulings is still ongoing. The San Diego City Council also awarded the ACLU over $900,000 in public funds for their legal fees in the case. What impact the death of Jones will have on the case is unknown.
On October 6, 2009, when James Hartline was very ill from his battle with AIDS, he was the only Christian who showed up at the San Diego City Council to speak out against the council honoring Jones.
You can watch Hartline's speech during the city council meeting and the attacks that were initiated against Hartline during his speech by city council president Ben Hueso by viewing the included video. Go to the link and Slide the time ruler to a time of 45:35 to watch Hartline's speech.

The San Diego Union-Tribune regularly posts breaking news in the "Local Breaking News" section of our Web site. Often, we write longer, more indepth stories for the next day's newspaper.
That happened with this story. Judge Napolean Jone's Obituary ran on B1 and included a discussion of the Boy Scouts case. These were 2 different stories. As a result, they became two separate stories online.
Hartline's comment was not removed from the story he posted it on. You can find his comment on the original breaking news story here: http://bit.ly/7ncboN
