The Battle For Berkeley: The War Has Begun.
On October 1, 2009, the servants of the Lord shall march upon UC Berkeley, not with the voices of protest, but with the Spirit of the Lord. Hundreds of Christians shall go forth upon the campus of UC Berkely to cry out for an awakening in the heart of the dark soul of West Coast Liberalism, Humanism and Satanism.
And the Lord has granted His people a sign this week that He has gone before them in this battle. This week a demon was apprehended via the law enforcement on the campus of UC Berkeley. It was no ordinary demon. It was the stronghold demon inhabiting Phillip Garrido. And the implications are of great Biblical and prophetic significance.
For eighteen years, the demon Garrido had held captive a young woman by the name of Jaycee Lee Dugard. Eighteen years, the monster Garrido held her in chains as he raped her in a prison with no escape. That is until the monster Garrido decided to go to the UC Berkeley campus to hand out religious literature on Tuesday, August 25, 2009.
The eighteen year-long struggle to find Jaycee Lee Duggard was won after the child molester Phillip Garrido was spotted Tuesday with two children as he tried to enter the University of California, Berkeley, campus to hand out religious literature. Officers said he was acting suspiciously toward the children. They questioned him and did a background check, determined that he was a parolee and informed his parole officer.
Garrido was ordered to appear for a parole meeting and arrived Wednesday with Dugard, who identified herself as "Allissa," his wife, and two children. During questioning, corrections officials said he admitted to kidnapping Dugard. The demon Garrido was then arrested.
Three significant events happened on August 26, 2009: the demon Garrido was taken into custody, Jaycee Lee Dugard was liberated after eighteen years of being held captive in the demon Garrido's dungeon, and the generational political face of abortion was extinguished with Senator Ted Kennedy's death.
The Bible reveals to us that much happens in the eighteenth year of a demonic cycle. In Luke, chapter 13, Jesus declares: And behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bent over and could in no way raise herself up. But when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, "Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity." And in confronting the false religious leaders who cared not for the woman, Jesus retorted, "So ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound--think of it--for eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath?"
Eighteen is the Biblical number for deliverance from the strongholds of the enemy. Eighteen is the prophetic number relating to the destruction of the enemy's strong towers: "Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them, do you think that they were worse sinners than all other men who dwelt in Jerusalem? I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish," Jesus stated in Luke 13:4-5
The Book of Judges, chapter 3, details Israel's victory over Moab after eighteen years of captivity: So the children of Israel served Eglon the fat king of Moab eighteen years. But when the children of Israel cried unto the LORD, the LORD raised them up a deliverer, Ehud the son of Gera, a Benjamite. And Ehud declared, "Follow after me: for the LORD hath delivered your enemies the Moabites into your hand." So Moab was subdued that day under the hand of Israel.
The Book of Judges, chapters 10-12, reveals another captivity lasting eighteen years: And the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of the LORD. And the anger of the LORD was hot against Israel, and he sold them into the hands of the Philistines, and into the hands of the children of Ammon. And that year they vexed and oppressed the children of Israel: eighteen years, all the children of Israel that were on the other side Jordan in the land of the Amorites, which is in Gilead.
The Lord declared to the rebellious Israelites, "Yet ye have forsaken me, and served other gods: wherefore I will deliver you no more." And the children of Israel said unto the LORD, "We have sinned: do thou unto us whatsoever seemeth good unto thee; deliver us only, we pray thee, this day."
And the Israelites put away the strange gods from among them, and served the LORD: and His soul was grieved for the misery of Israel.
Now Jephthah the Gileadite was a mighty man of valour, but he was the son of a harlot. Jephthah's name means to be opened, be let loose, be thrown open. From the lineage of a whore, Israel's next deliverer, Jephthah, would open up the demonic stronghold of Ammon and set his nation free after eighteen years of captivity.
Then the Spirit of the LORD came upon Jephthah and he made a vow unto the Lord that if God would deliver the nation by his hand then whatsoever came forth from the doors of his house to meet him, when he returned in peace from the war with the children of Ammon, would surely be the LORD'S. The sacrifice that Jephthah made to fulfill his vow to the Lord ended up being his own daughter, his most precious treasure.
We also recall the resounding victory of the new restraining of the Sodomic Spirit in the state of California. 2008 was the beginning of the Lord's battle to drive out the demon forces empowering the radical homosexual movement in the Golden State. For the repeal of same-sex marriages in California via Prop. 8 left only a residue of eighteen thousand superficial homosexual and lesbian forms of marriage.
In 2009, after eighteen years of captivity, the demon Garrido was forced to loosen the chains of the captive woman Jaycee Lee Dugard. It is no small matter that the demon Garrido's prison was in the town of Antioch. The Lord moved forth to begin the capture of the demon Garrido on the campus of UC Berkeley.
On the day of the death of the greatest political face of abortion, Senator Ted Kennedy, and the capture of the demon Garrido, one woman was set free after eighteen years of tormenting captivity. It is the trumpet sound of the Lord. It is the sign that the Battle for Berkeley has begun. On October 1, 2009, as the servants of the Lord stand in the midst of UC Berkeley crying out for the liberation of a generation, they shall truly know that the Lord has already gone before them.
