Here are the shocking photographs of a criminal tresspassing on our property today. City ordinances ban construction work in the city of San Diego during a Holiday. This criminal is doing illegal construction work for the neighbor. He broke our fence down, came onto our property to construct the next door neighbor's fence. When confronted the man said he didn't need permission to come onto our property and he refused to stop his illegal actions.
