Today is World AIDS Day - I have been fighting a twelve year battle with the AIDS virus, a disease that I acquired in my former life of promiscuity, drug abuse and homosexuality. For ten years now, I have been making my stand for the Lord Jesus Christ to declare to America that there is a way out of the destruction of homosexuality and its many diabolical consequences. On this World AIDS Day, I announce once again, the power of God to heal, deliver and correct the soul bound up in sin and sickness. I am living proof that God's word is true and His power to transform the most wicked prisoner of sin is still available to all who will humble themselves and receive Jesus Christ as Messiah, Savior, Deliverer and Healer. As the world is reminded of the millions of men, women, children and babies who have died of AIDS, gay activists will be using the December 1, 2009 World AIDS Day to glorify homosexuality and the gay lifestyle which is still, by a wide margin, the leading cause of HIV t

This exactly the stereotype that the christian right loves to portray when it comes to gays serving in the military. I would really be nice if we were recognized for the valuable contribution we make for our country beacuse we are proud to be Americans and are willing to stand up and defend our country regardless of what people think of our sexual orientation. As a veteran of the US Army I can say that I am propud to have served with the US military regardless of the current policy of DADT. We are already there, we are supporting our country alongside our straight military members, and we deserve the same diginity and respect.
Of course, women aren't banned from the Army...and neither are gays. Gays just can't reveal that they are in fact gay. I'm sure you think this means they're banned from "acting gay."
There are gay men and women serving right now. Just because they're not out doesn't mean they don't exist.
This is typical of many of your articles, lots of hateful words but no facts.
But keep it up. I am an atheist and this type of behavior is causing people to flee from religion. Our country will be better off when people start basing their actions on reason rather than religion. Most of the wars that our military has fought have been wars started by religious people for religious reasons.
Your argument is that because there are some gay porno films with military themes that gays can't serve in the military? Does that mean if there are straight porno films with military themes (and there are), that straights should be banned as well? Also, there are straight porno films with themes involving pizza delivery, plumbers, hospitals, schools, police, firefighters, politicians, and even churches. I guess we'll have to ban all straights from those areas of life as well.
Really? You call this an educational video? I guess it just goes to show that your usual uneducated rhetoric is as rampant as the ignorance and hate that you portray.
As a US Army vet (having served in a war) and an openly gay man, I can honestly say that YOU do not represent the men and women of the military.
I think it may even be safe to say that you are a one trick, er maybe two trick man, who tries so hard to deny his identity that he will spew forth all types of vomit laden material in order to restore his interpretation of what a God fearing man should be.
And Timothy was quite clear and quite right. I am gay and I joined to serve, not to cause problems. I was removed under DADT because I found I don't like lying about who I am. My service record was superb and I was given an honorable discharge.
Stick that in your self-hating pipe and smoke it.
