What will the United States Army look like if Congress and President Obama reverses the historical ban on homosexuality within the Armed Forces? Watch this educational video for a first hand look at what the future holds for military life after gay activism is permitted inside of the barracks.

Way off base. Guess again. The military will function as it did in the past. Get a grip on reality, people join because they want to serve not because they want to degrade or cause problems. You really need to stop spreading this kind of baseless message.

Thank you Timothy!
This exactly the stereotype that the christian right loves to portray when it comes to gays serving in the military. I would really be nice if we were recognized for the valuable contribution we make for our country beacuse we are proud to be Americans and are willing to stand up and defend our country regardless of what people think of our sexual orientation. As a veteran of the US Army I can say that I am propud to have served with the US military regardless of the current policy of DADT. We are already there, we are supporting our country alongside our straight military members, and we deserve the same diginity and respect.

uh huh. Yes, let's put up all of those gay porn websites that feature the mocking of our real military service men by the homosexual community. And of course there will be the upcoming article of a leading gay activist in San Diego who mocked our military veterans with sexually degrading comments: right along side your manipulative comments. uh huh. yes, that dignity and respect thing you call....uh...what were you saying... I got lost in the haze of your political smoke.

Are you comparing gay men or gay women to Private Benjamin?

Of course, women aren't banned from the Army...and neither are gays. Gays just can't reveal that they are in fact gay. I'm sure you think this means they're banned from "acting gay."

There are gay men and women serving right now. Just because they're not out doesn't mean they don't exist.

James,as a gay veteran I can say that your remarks are not based on facts but rather are based on your personal feelings of hate for gays.
This is typical of many of your articles, lots of hateful words but no facts.

But keep it up. I am an atheist and this type of behavior is causing people to flee from religion. Our country will be better off when people start basing their actions on reason rather than religion. Most of the wars that our military has fought have been wars started by religious people for religious reasons.
I will not bite on your provocative bid for a debate on what a few people have made personal choices on. Your argument based on the choices of a few individuals and not supported or denied by any one whole group.

James:

Your argument is that because there are some gay porno films with military themes that gays can't serve in the military? Does that mean if there are straight porno films with military themes (and there are), that straights should be banned as well? Also, there are straight porno films with themes involving pizza delivery, plumbers, hospitals, schools, police, firefighters, politicians, and even churches. I guess we'll have to ban all straights from those areas of life as well.

wow, James. Life must be interesting through your crazy-colored glasses.

You only know those sites exist because you've been looking at them. They're not to mock but rather to titillate, just like all porn. Some gay guys are attracted to military men so they make porn sites about them. Straight people make military porn sites too, only to a much larger degree because there are a lot more a straight people than gay people.

James.

Really? You call this an educational video? I guess it just goes to show that your usual uneducated rhetoric is as rampant as the ignorance and hate that you portray.

As a US Army vet (having served in a war) and an openly gay man, I can honestly say that YOU do not represent the men and women of the military.

I think it may even be safe to say that you are a one trick, er maybe two trick man, who tries so hard to deny his identity that he will spew forth all types of vomit laden material in order to restore his interpretation of what a God fearing man should be.

James, you could get lost in a broom closet. I don't think anyone's "political haze" would make a difference either way.

And Timothy was quite clear and quite right. I am gay and I joined to serve, not to cause problems. I was removed under DADT because I found I don't like lying about who I am. My service record was superb and I was given an honorable discharge.

Stick that in your self-hating pipe and smoke it.

Please clarify your comment. What political smoke are you referring to?

James, God bless you. When our armed forces disintegrate and our country is left in dishonor and dissarray, these same mockers will not acknowledge that the corruption of their sin is a moral rot on our nation.
