Homosexual Republican San Diego City Councilman Carl DeMaio is refusing to comment on allegations that a major homosexual activist tied to his mayoral campaign was one of the primary organizers of a Saturday night mayhem event that destroyed one of the most valuable water structures in Balboa Park. Scores of irreplaceable koi fish and water lilies were destroyed during a water fight event promoted by Ken St. Pierre, a homosexual campaigner for Carl DeMaio's 2012 San Diego mayoral campaign.
